BP and the Chinese Academy of Sciences have established the Clean Energy Commercialization Company (CECC) as a Sino-foreign equity Joint Venture. The purpose of this JV is to commercialize and integrate clean energy technologies for the production of fuels and chemicals. Specifically the JV will be involved in the following activities:
· Advanced engineering design, simulation and modeling to provide technology solution and engineering packages for the deployment of technologies in new petrochem industry chain.
· License, sale and transfer technology know-how to potential clients.
· Provide service in catalyst development, process design, inspection, operation, training and project management for technology development and commercialization.
· Provide domestic and international IP management services, including act as a technology licensor/agent on behalf of technology owners.
CECC JV will provide a strong platform for the development of coal conversion and new petrochem technologies in China. A key success factor for the business growing will be technologies able to convert coal to fuels and chemicals at lowest cost and with a progressive reduction of CO2 emission. The establishment of this JV is of strategic importance to CAS, BP and the Chinese government and an important step to help develop the basis for the future energy infrastructure of China.
The total investment for this JV is up to ~US$75m. CAS is holding 51% of the registered capital in the JV and BP is holding 49% of the registered capital. The CECC JV is located in Shanghai.

Financial Reporting財務報告
? Ensure compliance with all relevantreporting requirements and Finance and Control Policies

? Prepare annual plan, execute rolling budget management, and analyse key issues in plan execution.

Requirements任職資格
? Master’s degree in finance/accounting or equivalent;
財經(jīng)類碩士或同等學歷
? Good understanding of Chinese and International Accounting systems and finance policies;
精通中外會計制度、財務政策。
? experienced in capital operations, domestic and foreign IPOs, investment/finance and M&A;
對資本運作有深刻理解；有國內(nèi)外上市、投融資及并購經(jīng)驗。
? Good understandings of high level financial management, suchas financial planning,budgeting, management accounting, andauditing, taxations and financings;
熟悉財務計劃、財務預算、成本核算及分析、審計、稅收、融資等高級財務管理工作。
? Experienced as a financial controller in major multinational or domestic companies;
